Sally Spectra’s baby will be here any moment now, and it’s never too early to talk about how this will impact the drama in Genoa City. Most pregnancy stories on soap operas show a stressful birth instead of the normal one that happens in a hospital. This could also be true for Sally, so let’s take a closer look at what could happen at Y&R in the next few days.
Sally seems to be trying to get away from how she feels about Adam Newman right now. Even though she’s been trying to get away from Adam, it’s clear that she can’t. If she was really over Adam, she wouldn’t have cared about pushing him away, but that’s not the case here.
If that were true, she could easily get out of her situation and make things right with Nick Newman. Nick probably also knows that Sally still cares about her ex. Still, he can’t believe that Sally won’t get away from him and return to Adam. That’s why Nick gets so irritated when his brother Adam gets too close to Sally and they start having sweet moments together.

She can’t risk losing her heart again, at least not yet. So, we can probably guess that Sally’s emergency birth will happen soon to change this situation for good. It’s easy to think of a situation in which Sally goes into labor at the worst possible time. And the question is whether or not Adam will be with Sally when this happens. Well, they might even get stuck together so they can be a part of this amazing family moment in the soap opera.
And in that case, Adam might be the one to deliver Sally’s baby, so he could help her get ready for the stress of their daughter’s birth. As Adam and Sally go through such a tough situation together, they are bound to develop some close bonding in the process and a stronger relationship in Y&R.
