With Genoa City’s fast-paced development, Adam Newman needs a reliable assistant. Victor Newman is correct in thinking that he needs a Chief Operating Officer to assist him in managing McCall Unlimited. It’s easier said than done to find someone who can live up to Adam’s expectations.
Victor at first hoped that Nick Newman would help Adam, but it’s clear that Nick has his own plans. Victor isn’t stupid; he knows that his son deserves someone smart and driven like Sally Spectra.
Sally has faced hardships in her personal life and in her professional career, but she has always come out on top. Since she’s expecting a kid with Adam, Victor sees a window of opportunity. He views the lifelong ties that Sally and Adam will have as a positive development. Hiring Sally as McCall Unlimited’s COO is a great way to keep her close by.
Perhaps Adam has doubts about Sally’s suitability for the pension. He has always been wary about mingling work and pleasure, and he is aware that Sally is a strong-willed individual who may not want to work for him. But Victor is an expert manipulator who can make things happen.

Given Sally’s anxiety about her daughter Inheriting her flaws, Victor may advise Adam to hire Sally as his chief operating officer. He could persuade Adam that Sally reads this chance to show confidence in her abilities as a maths and a leaden Perhaps Adam will think of the enamored days he and Sally spent working together at Newman Media because of Victor. Perhaps Adam wins to see that reuniting with Sally Is beneficial to him on many levels.
And Sally may have finally found the opportunity she’s been looking for She’s always been a motivated Individual, but recent setbacks have left her feeling discouraged. As McCall Unlimited’s COO, she may discover a new sense of purpose and a massive audience for her abilities. Considering their past, It seems sensible that she could be afraid to work with Adam. Maybe she’ll take this as a challenge and show Adam and the world that she deserves another opportunity.
To Nick, this is a disappointing turn of events. He has always cared about Sally and has done all he could to help her succeed in life. But now that she’s carrying Adam’s kid, he may start to look at her differently. Victor might perhaps use this as leverage in an attempt to alienate Nick from Sally.
