Days of our Lives 5-4-23 Spoilers | Andre Is Alive and He Kidnapped Kate For Shocking Revenge
There is a search team out on a mission to find Kate Roberts Brady. But it seems like there’s a long way since anyone finds her given the fact that she’s somewhere in a fishing boat held captive. But we have no idea who her captor is.
So, let’s discuss some of the clues we think are essential when talking about Kate’s abductor. We did initially believe it was Vivian Alamain who might be responsible for Kate’s kidnapping, but it seems unlikely as Vivian’s return to the show is still a few months away.
Days of Our Lives spoilers have suggested that the person holding Kate captive is a villain from the show’s history, so it’s likely to be someone familiar to longtime fans.
While there are many characters who could fit this description, one of the most compelling theories is that it’s Andre DiMera. Although Andre is believed to be dead, the show has a history of bringing back characters from the dead, as was the case with Bo Brady.
Nonetheless, given Andre’s past, it wouldn’t be a surprise if he were to suddenly reappear and get caught up in a new storyline involving Kate.

And if that’s not enough, then the May preview information hints at a mystery DiMera getting caught up in some sort of family drama. This could be a perfect opportunity for Andre to make his return to the show, especially since it would be easy for Thaao Penghlis, who also plays Tony DiMera, to do double duty.
While Chad DiMera, will play a significant role in rescuing Kate, it’s possible that he could also come face to face with his supposedly deceased brother. This could lead to a reunion between the two brothers and potentially uncover some shocking news.
Maybe Kate’s captor is just a really big fan of Gilligan’s Island and is trying to reenact the episode where the castaways get stranded on a fishing boat. Jokes aside, I do believe Kate is in grave danger if she isn’t rescued on time.
Whether he is, in fact, responsible for Kate’s kidnapping and what his ultimate agenda might be is still unclear. Regardless, I think it certainly is Andre if we put the two and two together.
With all the kidnappings, murders, and resurrections on this show, it’s a wonder anyone in Salem has time to do laundry, let alone run a business or raise a family.
