Young and the Restless Spoilers | Devon Mother Returns Alive & Reveals Devastating News
In an exciting development for viewers, a popular character will soon be making a historic return. The lovely Chene’ Lawson will be returning to the role of Harmony, who was once known as Yolanda Hamilton and is the mother of the fan-favorite character Devon Hamilton. Fans have been waiting anxiously for Harmony’s homecoming, and spoilers reveal that she will be in Genoa City and ready to stir up some drama.
When we last saw Harmony, she was in the midst of a fresh start. The situation changed, however, when she made love to Tucker McCall, much to the displeasure of Ashley Abbott. In spite of this, Harmony is planning to make her come back to Genoa City, where she will meet up with old friends and have an emotional reunion with her son, Devon.

Yolanda, in case you forgot, was the wild child of a groupie who had a history of steamy couplings and bands she followed. She eventually found herself pregnant, but it wasn’t until much later that they learned the kid was indeed Tucker’s. Yolanda’s life was derailed by addiction and other difficulties, but she overcame these obstacles and rebranded herself as “Harmony.”
Due to their shared past with Tucker, fans should brace themselves for potential friction between Harmony and Ashley Abbott. There is, however, no knowing what interesting twists and turns the show’s writers have in store for viewers since Harmony is scheduled to appear in many episodes.
As if the news of Harmony’s return wasn’t thrilling enough, it was also recently confirmed that Shemar Moore will be returning to the show. Shemar’s joining the cast as Devon’s cousin promises to ramp up the familial tensions and intrigue.
As Y&R celebrates its 50th year, viewers have been treated to the comeback of fan-favorite c look forward to an emotional reunion with Devon, a possible awkward meeting with Ashely, and a whole lot of new plot.
