Young and the Restless Spoilers | Diane Knows Jeremy Is Alive, Phyllis Makes Massive Blunder
By the looks of it, it seems like Diane will be spending eternity in prison if she doesn’t run away and establish a new identity again. Everyone except for Jack and Kyle wants her out of the picture and hates her.
Given everything she did in the past, it’s understandable why everyone wants her to pay for her crimes. And especially with Phyllis trying her best to get her good this time, it remains to be seen if she will be saved.
Phyllis seemingly has a foolproof plan to take Diane down. Her original plot was to fake her death with Jeremy Stark, help, and then vanish in thin air so that Diane spends eternity in prison for her murder and she finds a new identity for herself somewhere far away. But things have changed since then, and now, she wants to go back and take her daughter’s help in framing Diane by manipulating her.
Wow, who knew faking your own death could lead to so much drama? I might have to try it out myself. Anyway, jokes aside, after angering her partner and killing him in self-defense, and also since she’s penniless, she can only turn to her very vulnerable daughter.
Thankfully for her, she can still put the blame on Diane and Jeremy and emerge victorious from this. The redhead knows how much her daughter really is struggling, and like the selfish piece of dud she is, she will use that to her advantage and proceed to ruin Summer’s entire life even more by making her frame Diane.

If not Phyllis, then maybe Ashley will do something because she hates Diane and her guts. Ashley almost knows in her heart that Diane is not worth everything Jack is giving, but he refuses to listen.
So, if something happens, even slightly, Ashley will know immediately that she wants to save her brother from this mess and may conspire to take Diane down no matter what it takes. Just because Phyllis decided to be dumb, everyone has started burning bridges. And when it all comes crashing down, Phyllis will be left with a mess to clean that she over probably be able to for the rest of her life.
Diane doesn’t have many options here, with everyone trying to get her. Either her attorney will have to work miracles, or Jeremy will have to come back from the dead. If not, she will need to pull the old prison break and run for her life. But I do believe Phyllis will make some kind of slip-up.
