Young and the Restless 5-9-23 Spoilers | Diane Parole Violation Returned To Jail, Ashley Shocker Trap
The situation with the ankle monitor could get worse for Diane Jenkins. There must be a good reason for confining Diane to her home and limiting her mobility. This could be done to make Summer feel guilty, as Diane isn’t responsible for Phyllis’s death. Because of this, Summer may have a hard time keeping the secret she has learned from Phyllis as she spends more time with Diane.
However, with Tucker In the Abbott mansion, there could be more underlying reasons for Diane, imprisonment at home. We all know that Tucker will do anything to get Ashley back. Ashley is hostile and angry at Diane for being back at the Abbott residence. It seems like Tucker will give Diane the option to disappear with his help so that she can escape going to trial.
However, Diane may flat-out refuse this offer as she has no intention of leaving Jack, Kyle, or Harrison. As a result, Tucker and Ashley may need to devise alternative strategies to get Diane to leave. A possible new goal is to have Diane violate the terms of her bail so that she can be remanded to jail while her case is underway.

This ankle monitor appears to be destined for a major plot point. It won’t take much for Ashley and Tucker to get Diane off the Abbott property and into a trap now that they’re working together. They could easily devise a scheme in which Harrison disappears and gets into trouble.
If Diane ever thinks Harrison is in danger and wants to protect him, she can think about taking off the ankle monitor. The strategy may backfire dramatically if Diane is detained once more. For setting up Diane and employing his kid as a pawn, Ashley and Tucker faced Kyles wrath. He’ll probably blow his top and want to know why everyone is out to make his mom’s life miserable.
Whatever the case, it would be interesting to see Tucker and Ashley set a trap that results in Diane’s bail being violated and Jack’s fury. If their scheme works, Diane may spend her future time behind bars, forcing her to leave the Abbott mansion.
