It’s been a couple of days since Christel Khalil shared the shocking news about her pregnancy. We congratulate the Y&R star and her family. She is expecting her second child with her partner, Sam Restagno. The recent announcement has now left us wondering if her pregnancy will be a part of the storylines. So, is Lily Winters going to be pregnant?
Christen shared a cute baby bump in a recent Instagram video as they traveled around several beautiful places in Monte Carlo. When talking about her family, she has a son who is 13 years old, and his name is Michael Caden. Well, she gave birth to Michael with her ex-husband from her previous marriage. Now, there have been no words about this pregnancy being written in the storylines for Lily. And she has not mentioned her due date.
Despite that, the fans have been hopeful after the major reveal. It would be really exciting to watch Lily have a bun in the oven. It’s been a while since we’ve seen the character on the canvas. A couple of months back, she was having a family dispute with Devon over the company merger. When Lily thought of taking on new investors and selling the company’s shares, Devon was at the opposite end.

The family dispute is still not over, but we do believe that everything is about to change. Lily is always focused on her work, and she has no time for anyone else whatsoever. Which is why, Khalil’s pregnancy provides an opportunity for the writers to change that. They might include her real-life pregnancy on screen, and use this chance to explore Lily’s romantic drama.
When talking about pregnancies, we can always expect paternity drama and even death. You may question how is this possible, knowing that Lily was made sterile? Well, miracles do happen, and even dead people return back on the canvas. So, we can always assume that something like that might happen.
Even the viewers have voiced their concerns saying they would love to see her have Daniel’s child. Well, even if it sounds impossible, but stranger things have happened. I do agree that medical miracles happen on daytime, but it’s hard to reverse everything that Lily has gone through in the drama.
She had cervical cancer several years back. The doctors had to remove most of her girly bits, and this is the main issue with Lily’s pregnancy. You just cannot put them all back in Lily’s body. So, what do you think about this drama? Will she ever be pregnant, or is she doomed to never have another child on Y&R?
