The spoiler suggests that Jack Abbott will receive a mysterious message. Someone could be trying to arrange a secret meeting with Jack through this message. He’s going to be completely lost trying to make sense of this whole situation in the face of all that mystery.
It’s possible Jack got a text message with an address and a promise of evidence that could help them out of their position. Here, the message may imply that he needs to come alone to retrieve it so that they can discuss the evening’s events together.
Jack will probably arrive at the Romalotti mansion to find Phyllis or Daniel waiting for him. But I seriously doubt that, and instead, I think that this anonymous SMS sender may be EMT Carson. Perhaps he wants to talk with Jack.

Carson, hearing of Jeremy’s tragic end, may begin to wonder if Mr. Stark’s relationship with Phyllis has backfired. Because of this, the paramedic may begin to fear for his safety. Unlike Phyllis, there is no doubt regarding Jeremy’s death based on the evidence. Carson is concerned that his involvement in this conspiracy may cause his death as well, following Jeremy. Therefore, he might think about getting in touch with Jack in the hopes of gaining his help.
Perhaps a desperate Carson would agree with Jack to tell him that Phyllis is still alive. He might have a wish list that includes being hidden from the law or, at the very least, a new beginning somewhere else. This paramedic probably wants to get away from here to a safer place. Whether or not Carson is willing to help the police, he may confirm to Jack that Diane was falsely accused and Phyllis is still alive.
Everything indicates that EMT Carson will play an important part in the ongoing plot after Mr. Stark’s tragic death. Moreover, Jack may be able to extract information from Carson that may help him clear Diane’s name.
