Young and the Restless Spoilers | Jack Saves Diane From Prison, Gets Phyllis Arrested Instead
With the chance of causing Diane Jenkins to suffer, Phyllis Summers agreed to Jeremy’s plan to fake her death. She had no idea her kids would have to go through that. There’s nothing she can do to relieve her children’s suffering now that she has announced her death if she doesn’t want to ruin her plan.
At least thus far, the frame-up has been successful, as Diane Jenkins has been caught and charged with Phyllis’s murder. This is a fantastic opportunity to steal Phyllis’s victory. While attempting to remain optimistic, Jack will make plans for Michael to advocate for Diane. The writers are planning to have Michael prove Diane’s innocence.
Chance is forced to investigate since he can’t shake the suspicion that Mr. Stark set up Diane. Given his track record, all Michael has to do is prove Diane’s innocence. Since he is an expert in digging up dirt for Victor, he can utilize his usual methods to try to locate proof of Stark’s guilt.

The poison bottle found in Phyllis’s suite bore Diane’s name, but Michael could easily insist that the whole thing was Stark’s arrangement. There may be other evidence identifying Jeremy as the poison purchaser.
In addition, there is a man named EMT Carson who is fully aware of Phyllis and Jeremy’s plan. He is also aware of the plot to implicate Diane by fabricating Phyllis’s death. And Michael’s investigation might turn him into a source of such knowledge.
At the moment, Phyllis is down, and she may think that Diane’s imprisonment is the best thing to happen to her. And if this one thing is lost as well, Phyllis is guaranteed to lose her mind. Given Michael’s role, we can expect that exact thing to happen next.
Jack is convinced that the real killer is still at large and boasting of his or her freedom after getting away with murder. Although Jeremy made it appear as though Phyllis had died, she had simply stabbed him in self-defense before attempting to cover up the crime. Now that she had killed Jeremy, she could go after Diane.
It’s easy to imagine Phyllis going utterly insane if the plot as a whole falls apart. If the charges against Diane are withdrawn or if she is found not guilty at trial, she may seek to eliminate her rivals for good. Phyllis’s insane side may reemerge, and viewers will once again discover her hidden with a pair of scissors and plot lethal revenge on Diane. But for now, Diane’s innocence might get proven soon with Michael’s assistance.
