The Young and the Restless spoilers for the week of May 22. Elena Dawson, filled with a mixture of rage and eagerness, charged headfirst into Newman Enterprises. Nate Hastings and Victoria Newman had completely turned her life upside down, and she was now prepared to confront them both.
She entered Victoria’s office with a look of shock and astonishment on her face. Elena felt a raging rage rising within her. They were due for every scathing remark that would soon be made.
Nate and Victoria, foreseeing a storm, rushed to explain their conduct and claim they had no intent to harm Elena. But the pain was still new, and her trust had been broken into a thousand pieces. She is unable to ignore Victoria’s obvious intentions to whisk Nate away. The betrayal is intense, and Elena needed to act.
However, Elena is exhausted from focusing all of her efforts on Nate. She came ready to talk about her plans for the future of the Newman Media medical podcast she hosts.
Reasonable Nick Newman had reassured her that she could keep the podcast going without talking to Nate at all if she preferred. Elena had to decide whether to continue the podcast despite the upheaval or quit. She realized she had to make a sensible choice.

Meanwhile, reports of a developing storm circulated through the streets of Genoa City. Billy Abbott, who always seems to know what’s going on in the city, alerted his brother Jack. The Abbott family seemed to be in jeopardy due to suspicions that Ashley Abbott was organizing a takeover.
Jack is certain that Diane Jenkins’ innocence will be proven once the facts are revealed. With DNA evidence on the horizon, he held to the belief that peace might be restored.
Over at Crimson Lights, Nick Newman became embroiled in a dangerous web of mystery. He inspected a champagne bottle and a cryptic memory card from Sharon Rosales. He saw a smear on the bottle and had a horrifying thought: might it be blood? Sharon claimed it came that way, raising Nick’s suspicions.
It became more and more apparent that Cameron Kristen, a specter from their past, was plotting revenge again. Sharon. Nick and Sharon understood they had to keep one step ahead of their attackers to defend themselves and those they cared about. Everyone is left wondering how explosive the next several days will be in light of Sharon’s new threat.
