As someone who is familiar with Victor’s previous way of working, Spencer expressed his worry to Trina.
Victor was the sort of person who carefully considered all possible outcomes and prepared a backup plan in the event that his first strategy was unsuccessful.
For this reason, Spencer is anxious about what’s inside Victor’s will and his potential for ultimate revenge. Given Victor’s unpredictable nature, he probably still has some surprises in store, even after his death.

However, when Adam Huss stepped in for Marcus Coloma to finish off Nikolas’s final run, he won over the audience. So, if Huss is given the part permanently by the show, they may return Nik to the scene.
Likewise, Austin and Ava will have an interruption just about the time this will is being read, which will leave Ava completely puzzled.
She may ask him to accompany her to the will reading for emotional support, only to be taken aback when Nikolas unexpectedly shows up alive.
If Nikolas is able to awaken from his coma and make an appearance again, he might do so offscreen at any time. Since Nikolas may be held legally responsible for Esme’s imprisonment, he would have a lot to lose by taking such a risk.
But since she avoided punishment, he may think he has a fighting chance, too. In any case, the reading of Victor’s will may be quite a tumble, but the chaos might not be caused by the dead man himself.
