Molly is still getting better from her fall in the courts, so her best friend Kristina chooses to surprise her with a visit.
Kristina opens up about her deep-seated concerns during their touching conversation, explaining how she feels like the “screw-up sister” who can never do anything right.
Molly expresses her admiration for her friend’s candor and suggests that she might be amenable to the idea of Kristina serving as her surrogate.
Molly and TJ want to take their time making this choice since it is so important to them.
Trina feels that her buddy Josslyn is hiding something from her at the Metro Court pool. josslyn’s suspicions have peaked her curiosity, so she questions her about them.
It might have something to do with Dex and the mafia drama he’s involved in, including the discovery of a corpse. Josslyn has doubts about telling anybody, for fear of putting Trina in danger.
Trina is worried about Josslyn getting too close to the issue, so she offers her some sage counsel.

While this is going on, Esme, who has been engaging in some dubious behaviors herself, becomes more worried about Laura’s well-being. When Spencer’s mother hasn’t called, she starts to worry and starts asking him about her whereabouts.
Spencer attempts to reassure Esme that she should not worry, but the fact is that he is nervous about Laura traveling to Chechnya with Valentin.
Laura and Valentin had set out on an adventure to a new area to track down a missing person. Nikolas was in serious danger the last time they saw him, so finding him is a top priority.
Ava has come to Sonny for assistance in dealing with Mason and his menacing employer since she has been led to think that Nikolas is dead.
Sonny’s strategy is met with criticism and anger from Ava, who doubts his competence. Nina chooses to stop by Michael’s office, feeling both hopeful and sad.
She hopes he will give her a second opportunity, as Willow did. Nina is self-aware enough to see her own shortcomings and is committed to pursuing a compromise that benefits all parties.
Carly, overhearing their chat, becomes enraged with Nina for intruding on her son’s privacy by visiting his job. Carly is clearly not going to back down anytime soon in her dispute with Nina.
Despite the chaos, Dante takes time to look back and say, “I miss you.” Perhaps he is referring to Lulu, his ex-wife, who is in a vegetative state at the moment.
