Young and the Restless Spoilers | Phyllis Walks In On Her Own Funeral, Jack Cant Believe It
Phyllis Summers should be lying low and hiding for her own sake. But a criminal always comes back to witness the chaos they’ve spread. And hence, she won’t be able to just sit back and relax as they have a big memorial service for her.
Phyllis will definitely want to check the vibe out. But spoilers suggest that as time passes on, Phyllis will be more and more skeptical of the path she chose. Of course, she wanted revenge against Diane, but she didn’t have to go to that length.
Her desire to get even in the present overpowered her consideration for the future. She just wanted Diane out of the picture by hook or by crook and see where it’s led her now. Despite Jeremy’s persuasions, Phyllis is not interested in using a new identity to start anew and be a whole new person again.
She can’t even settle on a place to go as her entire life is in Genoa City, along with the kids she loves. The poor woman is realizing it only now. Although Phyllis was frustrated with how Summer Newman and Daniel Romalotti Jr. treated her, she still cares for them deeply. And she can finally see how much they actually loved and cared about her
Nonetheless, Phyllis will attend the service in disguise, wearing a short brunette wig and glasses to avoid detection. She’ll have to be very discreet but it’s going to be hard seeing her kids in grief. Phyllis may regret her decision to attend the service when she sees the devastation on Summer and Daniel’s faces. Additionally, Lucy Romalotti will come back for the service, and Phyllis may feel guilty for deceiving her granddaughter too.
There will be a lot of faces she’d like to see and have a conversation with. But Jack Abbott’s will be her favorite. Seeing Jack grieve may surprise Phyllis and make her realize that he still cares for her. Although there may be some people she despises at the service, like Diane Jenkins and other enemies, Phyllis will face complex emotions as she listens and lurks around.
However, Jeremy won’t be pleased with Phyllis flying the. It is the one thing he didn’t want her to do. But that’s the one thing she did anyway. So, he’ll gain control of the situation instead. And Phyllis may have to spend the rest of her time locked somewhere waiting to be rescued. Do you think anyone will recognize Phyllis in this memorial?
Goodbye and see You Again.
