Despite the challenges she faces, it is likely that Phyllis will stay on the show. She is a central character, and the show’s writers will likely find a way for her to stay and continue to be part of the drama.
Furthermore, even if Phyllis faces severe consequences for her actions, it is highly unlikely that the writers would choose to eliminate such a central character from the show.
