Sarah knew she was carrying Xander’s baby but left town without telling him about her pregnancy. She was hurt and kept her pregnancy a secret. Sarah’s life has turned upside. Her life is getting complicated. It seems like history is repeating itself.
Sarah is pregnant and left town. It seems like she lies about the paternity of a child. Spoilers recall Sarah was pregnant with Eric Brady’s baby a few years back. She and Xander decided to lie about the baby’s paternity. At the time, Eric got back with Nicole Walker.
Nicole was back from the dead. So, Sarah decides to move out of her way. She then fell for Sarah, but Sarah got pregnant with Eric’s baby. She lied to Eric that the father of her child was Xander. Unfortunately, Sarah’s baby died because she was in labor.
Her car was crashed on the way to the hospital. Xander then stole Kristen’s baby. Sarah was furious when she found out that the baby wasn’t her. The two broke up. but eventually, she forgave him. They reconciled and got hitched.
Everything was looking great for them. The two are finally together. Things changed when Xander’s life took a huge turn. He lost his job at Titan and wound up being Susan’s kidnapper. He wanted money to live a better life with his wife.

He promised his wife he would never walk back in the past. He lied about his job to Sarah. Xander’s lies ruined his marriage. Sarah was devastated when she found her husband with Gwen in bed. Sarah was done and decided to end up their marriage. She sent the divorce papers to Xander.
She left town with the baby in her belly. Sarah didn’t tell Xander about her pregnancy but told Rex. So, the pregnancy remained a secret on Days of Our Lives. We saw Sarah with Rex. The two got cozy in the bedroom. It seems like Sarah will lie about the baby’s paternity again.
There’s a chance that Rex may say that he’s the father of her baby. This history will repeat again. Maggie Horton will soon find out that her daughter is pregnant.
Sarah might tell her mother to lie to Xander that she got pregnant with Rex’s baby. She may tell her son-in-law about the pregnancy because she adores him. Will Sarah tell a lie to her mother and Xander?
Sarah isn’t in town right now. The question is when she will come back. There’s a possibility that she will come back to Salem with a baby in her arms. Will she return home as Rex’s wife?
