General Hospital 5-6-23 Spoilers | Spencer Misused Victor Evidence, Trina Betrayed In Worst Way
Spencer and Trina will have different opinions on how to deal with Victor’s proof, which could lead to Esme’s returning to prison.
Spencer’s admission that Victor most likely falsified this evidence will convince Trina they need to abandon the scheme. Trina will feel like they need to wait until they’ve gathered solid proof since she doesn’t want to allow any chance for doubt.
Spencer will ignore Trina’s orders to throw away the online pharmacy receipt, admission note, and surveillance camera bombshell. Spencer will not want to lose this bargaining chip, so he will keep Trina in the dark about his plans.
But spoilers suggest Spencer may need to put Victor’s concoction to use sooner rather than later. The show hasn’t really highlighted Esme’s relationship with her uncle, so she may continue residing with Kevin.
Since Kevin is Ryan’s identical twin, being around him could feel a little strange to Esme.
The original Esme had deep feelings for Ryan, but the amnesiac version of her would rather not think about him at all, which is difficult given that she now lives with a man who looks • ,. identical to Ryan.
Esme may feel it’s time to buy her own place and move Ace in with her now that she’s earning her own cash at The Invader.

With Laura possibly departing for an indefinite amount of time, Esme may press through with plans for a new house, unless Spencer can come up with a quick solution to stop her.
Although Trina would prefer that Spencer not use fabricated evidence in court, she is concerned that he may use it to blackmail Esme. Esme wouldn’t have to find out if it’s fake.
If Esme doesn’t cooperate, Spencer may reveal the dirt he’s gathered about her and threaten to make certain she pays for it. Spencer can verify his credibility by showing photos to Esme if she doubts him.
Spencer may promise to always keep an eye on Esme in case she considers fleeing. Spencer claims that he will go to any length to protect his younger sibling by following Esme everywhere she goes.
Spencer would prefer to see Esme behind bars, but the evidence against her is likely fabricated, so doing so presents some difficulties. Spencer still needs Esme to testify against her, thus it’s important to remember the importance of retrieving her memories.
So that he can keep an eye on Ace, Spencer may coerce Esme into remaining in his household. Spencer might use his blackmail threat to try to gain sole or joint custody.
Maybe Spencer will persuade Esme that Ace really does need his mom. Maybe Spencer will promise that he won’t put Esme in prison if she agrees to play by Ace’s terms.
However, Victor has now placed this fabricated piece of evidence in Spencer’s palms, and since we know he will preserve it, it seems safe to assume that he will find a way to use it.
