Spoilers for Friday, April 14th’s episode of The Young and the Restless tease a shocking tom of events when Nick Newman makes an unexpected visit to Victoria Newman in her office and catches her and Nate Hastings in an intimate position. Nick will be outraged, berating both Victoria and Nate for their adultery. Nick will be especially harsh on Victoria for dating someone who is already devoted to someone else, and on Nate for cheating on Elena Dawson.
However, Nick continues to put Nate in an awkward situation by giving him an ultimatum. Nate must choose between continuing his relationship with Victoria and risking losing Elena or ending things and dealing with the consequences of his infidelity. Meanwhile, Jack Abbott shows that he will not back down from a struggle for fairness. As a bright spot, Mariah Copeland and Tessa Porter have returned from a visit to Portland, Oregon, with their newborn daughter, Aria. Fans can’t get enough of the touching scenes of Mariah and Tessa doting on their newborn baby, whom they proudly display at Crimson Lights.
The anticipation doesn’t stop there, however; after seeing Baby Aria, Sally Spectra’s maternal instincts kicked in, and she became even more anxious to learn the gender of her own unborn child. As Sally’s pregnancy progresses, viewers are left wondering what twists and turns she will encounter on her way to becoming a mother.
Sharon Rosales, as if that weren’t enough, receives some uplifting news and enjoys some quality time. The pleasure of family and new beginnings pervades the air in Genoa City, bringing a touch of warmth despite the upheaval and intrigue that are taking place in the town.
