General Hospital Spoilers | Trina Paternity Test Was Tampered, Selina Hiding Something
Trina just obtained DNA results, but they could be fake. The evidence claims that Curtis is her father, but we can’t completely rule out the possibility of lab manipulation.
It seemed odd to include Selina’s proposal to change the results of the paternity test. She exaggerated the perks of having a daughter like Trina for Curtis.
But she also admitted that there could be a problem with it. Selina claimed that she could influence the outcome as Curtis desired.
The GH writers made a special effort to inform viewers that Selina had access to the hospital’s labs.
Although he clearly said that he didn’t want her to become involved, she might have been trying to determine his true intentions during the entire conversation.
She may have felt his intense desire for Trina to become his biological daughter. According to the fictitious proof, Selina may have chosen to mess with the findings and ensure that Curtis was proven to be Trina’s father.
Curtis and Trina will now have the opportunity to connect in a totally different way. Of course, she made it clear that she was not searching for a new father.

However, she will unavoidably get closer to him as a result of the proof. Selina may easily stir things up sometime down the line. Once Curtis and Trina establish a stronger bond, Selina may claim credit for it, which would make him doubtful.
It could result in Selina confessing that she planned the father-daughter relationship. She might also drive him to have enough suspicions that he performs a second test in secret.
Thus, it is possible that Trina’s real father is indeed Marcus. When he learned that she wasn’t his biological daughter, he was horrified. However, his love for her is unaffected by this in any way.
But even so, it weakens what makes these two unique. Social media has been flooded with angry comments from viewers. As a result, the authors may benefit from the opening they provided for themselves.
Because Selina openly volunteered to mess with the results and revealed her access to the lab, the show will always have her as a means of reversing Trina’spaternity.
