If someone were to discover this secret, it would certainly change the course of events. And watching Jeremy and Phyllis try to make a deal to keep them quiet will certainly add some spice to this story. Tucker McCall is the right man to discover that Phyllis did not perish in the ambulance accident.
We’re well aware of Tucker’s swarms of data-gathering minions; they pop up out of nowhere and leave no stone unturned. Jeremy thinks he’s better than everyone else and isn’t concerned with anything else. But he might make a slip-up and tell Tucker’s people what’s going on.
Tucker has many contacts and therefore has access to a great deal of information regarding the city of Genoa’s inner workings. It’s plausible that he would keep tabs on Jeremy if he thought the latter posed a threat to his agenda. Jeremy is, without a doubt, unpredictable, so Tucker may have set up spies to keep an eye on him and report back to him regularly so that he can avoid any unfavorable repercussions. All those scenarios could result in Tucker learning of Phyllis’s fake death with Jeremy’s help.

While Tucker might find out about this secret due to Phyllis’s carelessness, it’s not guaranteed. Tucker might comprehend the memorial service if Phyllis shows up to it in disguise. He might easily see Phyllis as she wanders the streets and captures her in the act.
Tucker may be the first person to learn of the events unfolding. He might feel compelled to take advantage of Phyllis and Jeremy’s plan if he found out about it. This prompts the question, what plans does he have for all of this information?
