What Happens Next Promises To Be The Height Of Drama | Young and the Restless Spoilers
Sharon Newman was struck with an overwhelming sense of terror upon discovering that her daughter, Faith Newman, had been kidnapped by the cunning Cameron Kirsten. Soon, there’s going to be a huge showdown between Cameron and his enemies but the process to justice is a long way. Not to mention the writers will have to elongate the SL so there will be more drama than expected.
Cameron, the devious DOOL villain, managed to thwart Faith’s journey to the airport, despite the presence of a police escort. Really though, what is GCPD doing for real, with Phyllis’ fake death and Fauth’s abduction, I think I’d be better at that job than them.
Fortunately, Chance was able to contact the airport and confirm that Faith had not boarded her flight. But it didn’t take long for them to decode the science behind his disappearance. It appeared that Kirsten had somehow interfered with the police escort, as his phone went to voicemail, just like Faith’s.
Given the diabolical nature of the villain, Sharon’s terror is entirely justified. Her desperation to locate Faith and Cameron is sure to ignite a sense of urgency. If the police fail to make progress, which seems likely, Nick, at the very least, will take matters into his own hands and embark on a quest to give Cameron a taste of his own medicine.
It’s clear that Sharon will find herself in an impossible predicament when Cameron corners her. It can be assumed that he will threaten Faith’s life unless Sharon agrees to be with him. Mind games aside, that is his ultimate objective.

According to a preview, Sharon receives a distressing text message containing a photo of Faith, bound and gagged, along with instructions for a meeting where she is instructed to come alone.
While it is clear that Sharon is willing to sacrifice herself for her daughter, the situation may not be as simple. It won’t simply be a matter of Sharon surrendering herself to Cameron in exchange for Faith’s freedom. Why? Because Nick, will intervene and Cameron is not that easily swayed.
Spoilers indicate that both Sharon and Nick will confront Cameron in a dangerous and dramatic showdown on Friday’s episode.
Anyway, it seems almost certain that Cameron’s death is unavoidable, but how will it happen? If Faith, in the midst of the confrontation between her parents and Cameron, ends up killing him, Sharon may choose to take the blame for her daughter in order to shield her from potential legal consequences.
Chance will have to face a dilemma to either be a sincere police officer or be a friend in need for Sharon, especially since he’s falling for her slowly. Additionally, it would refocus Nick’s attention on his ex rather than Sally, possibly leading to complications in their relationship.
